As a partner, you agree to: provide accurate and complete listing information, maintain up-to-date availability calendars, respond to booking requests in a timely manner, deliver services as described in your listings, and comply with all applicable Portuguese laws and regulations.
A platform commission is applied to each completed booking. Current rates are communicated during the onboarding process and may vary by service type. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Partner payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect to the bank account registered during onboarding. After each booking is confirmed and the guest's stay period is completed, funds (net of platform commission and Stripe processing fees) become available in your Stripe Connect account. Transfers to your bank account follow Stripe's standard payout schedule for your country (typically 7 business days in Portugal). There is no minimum payout threshold. You can track the status of your payouts at any time in the partner dashboard under Earnings.
Partners must ensure listing descriptions are accurate and up-to-date, photographs faithfully represent the space, prices are transparent and include all applicable fees, and content complies with our platform policies. Vivências reserves the right to edit or remove non-compliant content.
Partners must: respond to booking inquiries within 24 hours, maintain an acceptance rate above 80%, handle cancellations according to their stated cancellation policy, and maintain a minimum quality standard as assessed by guest reviews.
Vivências may suspend or terminate a partner account for violations of terms, repeated complaints, quality issues, or prolonged inactivity, with 30 days' notice except in cases of severe violation. Pending bookings will be honoured and outstanding earnings paid out. Partners may appeal termination decisions. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal retention periods.
By uploading content to Vivências, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform and in marketing materials. You retain ownership of your original content.
