How to set up calendar synchronization?

Accepted Answer

Calendar synchronization keeps your property availability updated between Vivências and other platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Export your Vivências calendar: Go to your property settings, open the Sync tab, copy the iCal calendar URL and paste it in the external platform.

Import external calendars: On Airbnb or Booking.com, find the iCal export URL. On Vivências, open Sync > Add calendar, paste the URL and save. Synchronization occurs automatically every 15 minutes.

Conflict resolution: If a date is booked on Vivências and also blocked on an external calendar, a conflict will be created. You can resolve the conflict by cancelling the Vivências booking or dismissing the alert.
